Your First Visit & Initial Consultation
Every patient who walks through our doors has a different story, health history, and set of goals. Because of that, treatment recommendations and overall costs can vary depending on the diagnostics, therapies, and level of care needed.
We recommend beginning with a one-on-one in-person Strategy Consultation with Dr. Brown. During this 30-minute visit, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your concerns, symptoms, health goals, and learn more about our comprehensive approach to care. This visit also gives you clarity around recommended next steps, treatment options, and expected costs before beginning care.
The consultation fee is $75, paid prior to booking, and that amount is applied toward a future examination or treatment.

Better Brain & Body operates as a private, self-pay practice and does not bill health insurance directly.
While insurance can be valuable for many areas of healthcare, it often places significant restrictions on the type of care we believe leads to the best patient outcomes. Insurance companies commonly dictate how much time providers can spend with patients, what therapies are approved, how frequently treatments can occur, and which diagnostic approaches are considered reimbursable.
