Do you accept health insurance?
We are considered 'out of network' and do not accept assignment.
Chiropractic patients: If you provide a current insurance card, we can file all chiropractic services with your insurance company. Your coverage and reimbursement are determined by your insurance company.
Neurological patients: These treatments are largely considered experimental and in order to keep our fees reasonable, we do not participate in insurance billing. If you wish to submit your claims, we can provide you with all the necessary documentation.
Where does my reimbursement check go?
If your insurance company decides to reimburse you, they will send your reimbursement to whatever address you keep on file with them. If we receive it at the office, we can credit your account or write you a personal check.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, personal checks, HSA/ FSA and all major credit cards. If you need assistance with financing please visit our financing page for more options.
Do you offer payment plans?
We do offer payment plans on a case by case basis. Once you start a payment plan, that plan must be paid in full before starting a new payment plan.
Can I speak to a former patient?
We take patient privacy very seriously. Regardless of your personal profile, we do not disclose our patients’ identities or conditions. However, many of our patients have volunteered to tell their stories on our website via their testimonial. At times, a patient may volunteer to speak to you directly.
