One of these therapies is the Decompression Table (see above). A decompression or traction table is a medical device used to improve overall spinal alignment. In addition, it can treat neck and back pain by gently stretching the spine. It can also relieve pressure on compressed discs, reduce nerve compression, increase mobility, and promote healing.
